Don't believe those wax company bullies who tell you that you need 25 different flavours of wax in order to experience the joys of cross-country skiing! Nope - all you need is SILVER and GOLD. And if it's klister conditions, do another activity!!! Gold is for dry snow, and silver is for wet. Silver especially is a secret of top-flight midpacker skiers such as Moose - it really CAN be the right wax in certain very changeable conditions.
