2024-2025 Season

• Jan 19 (Sun), 2025 - Bethel, ME, USA.  Carter's Wooden Ski Day.  Tour and party.  Info forthcoming.
  
  
• Jan 24 (Fri), 2025 - Predazzo, Italy (Trentino).  Marcialonga "Story". 13km.
  
  
• Jan 26 (Sun), 2025 - Anchorage, AK, USA. Kincaid Classic & Wooden Ski.  2.7k.  Part of a day of classic-focused races.
  
  
• Feb 15 (Sat), 2025 - Tartu, Estonia.  Tartu Maraton Vintage. 31km.  Eligible for Silver Worldloppet stamp.
  
  
• Feb 21-23 (Fri-Sun), 2025 - Rindal, Norway.  Treskifestival.  Variety of events in Rindal, leading up to Nordic Worlds in Trondheim, which is about 100km to the northeast.  The Rindal Skimuseet will be open, there will be a race and party, and you can listen to Thor Gotaas speak. Maybe even convince him to write a book in English!!!
  
  
• Jan-Mar, 3rd Sunday, 2025 - Johnsville, Plumas County, CA, USA.  Longboard Race Revival Series.  Downhill ski race on old-style California "longboard" wood skis.  Sorry, Norway, but the gold miners of California were experts on glide wax (or "dope" as they called it), long before you!  And, much crazier, apparently.  Helmets are for wimps!! :-)
