It gets cold in Finland, so Finns know hats. We waited out overnight last fall at one of Finland's most EXCLUSIVE retailers, Tokmanni, to grab a few of these when they arrived at the store. This lovely version is adorned with a Finnish flag, and a blue pop-pom that will keep you visible to rescuers when you sink into waist-deep snow in the depths of winter. And, of course, it says Suomi, not Finland, because Suomi is the name of the country!!! New with tags.
