Dig out those 4-pin bindings; these boots are waiting for them. From Suomi comes a great example of racing boots from the early 1960s. Hope you have extra socks, because these boots have zero insulation! The leather has been cleaned and treated, and is ready for another 60 years. The colth cuff at the top is a bit perished, but that will happen to elastic after some time.
Don't worry about the 4 holes in the leather soles - if you're a 3 pin person just slam the binding clamp on the toes and off you go. If you are really safety-conscious, then you can drill new holes to accommodate the newer 75mm bindings. Or do it the old fashioned way, which was to heat the tip of a nail with a torch and burn the holes in.
