Trak was a German brand famously known for their "fishscale" no-wax base pattern. Fishscales became so ubiquitous in the cross-country ski world that for a time all no-wax skis were referred to as fishscales. Trak worked with other companies to manufacture other parts of the nordic ski kit, such as these boots made by Falk of Norway.
Don't let the grubby-looking cuffs turn you off - these boots are in really good shape. The cuffs originally had that grody 1970s rubbery coating that didn't age well. That has all be brushed off so it won't bother you. The rest of the boots have been expertly cleaned, including the laces. Smile-plate reinforcements on the toes to keep them hole-y for a long time to come!
