Pine tar upgrade to Swix or Bergendahls

Some people prefer vintage pine tar on their woodies instead of the "horse stuff".  For an additional fee we will use either Swix or Bergendahls burn-in tar.  The reason is that neither is made anymore, so we have to pull it out of stock
