Ylläs is a "fell" in northern Finland, right near the border with Sweden. Fells are about as close as you can come to a mountain in this part of the world, and resemble a very worn down alpine peak, which is probably exactly what they are. This particular fell is home to one of Finland's most popular ski resorts, with a season that stretches 6 months, from November to May.
