If you thought that top-of-the-line wood racings skis from 50 years ago were out of your budget, you are WRONG!!! These beautiful 1970s Järvinens may have a couple of surface scratches and a chip missing from the top of one of the tails (see pic), but other than that they are perfect! Solidly impregnated with pine tar, just wax these babies up and go! And, if for some reason you ski on Salomon pilot classic bindings, you are in luck because they are installed!!
As far as the bindings are concerned, don't ask us to remove them, because we don't want to. In fact, due to our laziness we discounted the price. That's one reason they are cheap.
We just picked these up as part of an epic haul from Sumomussalmi, a place that is so far north in Finland that the only way to get there is on the back of a reindeer.
