Madshus, of Lillehammer, is one of two Norwegian ski producers that survived the fiberglass apocalypse that hit the industry in the early 70s. While not a major player in racing in the 60s and 70s, Madshus is now seen very often on the feet of world cup skiers, as well as mortals.
They didn't spend a lot on graphics back in the day, but the minimalist result is quite attractive. The tops of these skis have been cleaned and re-lacquered, while the bases have been refinished and re-tarred. Ready to go!
Solid light touring skis. If you can read Norwegian, you can see that they WARN you underfoot that you are on wood skis and to be careful!
79mm 3 pin Rottefella "Gull" bindings included. They will be removed prior to shipment of the skis to prevent damage to the bases.
