Beautiful pair of Landsem of Norway wood cross-country racing skis from the early 1960s. Landsem was the unquestioned leading manufacturer of racing skis in the 60s and 70s - champions from from Gjermund Eggen to Oddvar Brå won on Landsems. This particular pair is nearly identical to the type that legend Harald Grønnigen would have guided to multiple Olympic and World Championship medals in the early to mid 1960s (see last pic). Harald was a tall guy so he may have been on a 215 or a 220, but you get the point.

This pair has the scratches and dings that you would expect from a 60-year-old pair of skis that has seen use, but they have been restored and preserved by the pros at Skifabrikk. The decals are mostly intact; enough so that you can get an idea of what the skis looked like right of the factory. Plus, these skis have been tested in their current condition by Skifabrikk staff, on the Olympic trails at Lake Placid. So they are ready to go!
