You see, in Norwegian, "konkurranse" means competition. So these were racing skis back in the day, which, according to the experts at woodenskis.com, was about 1960. Yes, 1960!!! These are old skis!!
Check out the tip logos, which are in the form of a rocket ship. Everything was rocket-shippy back then, because we were in the middle of the "space age". The tops of these skis have been wiped down and polished, and the bases refinished and tarred. But nothing more, because these beauties stand on their own.
