These skis look like they might have been just pulled from a receding glacier, but they likely date from the 1930s. P.T. Helleberg / Lillehammer Norge. In fact Norwegian Arne Rustadstuen, on a pair of similar skis, captured a bronze medal in the 50k at the 1932 Lake Placid games!
Trust me that these skis are not as clunky as they look. In fact, after straightening out the semicircular bend on the right ski, and affixing some tempo straps, I might wax them up and take them for a spin.
