Here at Skifabrikk, we don't HATE short skis, we just don't come across a lot of them. Especially racing skis. It seems like there are always more men out there trying to relive their youth and prove that they really COULD have made an Olympic team, than women. I am in the former category.
We were lucky to find these beauties in a batch of skis pulled from a shed near Kuipio. Never used; undrilled. We have done nothing to them except polish up the tops and clean the bottoms a bit. No coats of urethane or tar. The bases wear the battle scars of likely having been stored in several environments; the darkening in places appears to be something benign that has no effect on performance.
Really nice skis, just to look at, or hopefully to drill and use!
