Bonna skis were some of the most popular wood skis sold in America during the 1960s and 1970s.  The 1800 was the all-purpose ski that is still a favorite of enthusiasts today.  The 2000 is a slightly lighter version which, in our opinion, is one of the most beautiful skis ever made.  The gold lettering features a mid-century font that puts a time stamp on these skis.

This pair is freshly imported from Norway and boasts racing pedigree.  The 1979 "Hovedlandsrennet" was held (we believe) about half an hour southwest of Oslo, based on the organizations listed on the sticker.  So there.  Skis have been refinished top and bottom and sport a well-used pair of Rottefella Fønix 3-pin bindings.  Lovely!
