These "no name" Finnish cross-country ski poles are in fantastic shape, given their age - they likely hail from the late 1950s or early 1960s based on the materials used and how the handles and baskets are constructed. Normally Finnish poles of that era would have a branding on the inner pole strap, but there is nothing on these. One thing to note is that the leather comprising the straps is thin and brittle - fine for the day when they were new, but the straps would need to be replaced if they were going to be used as ski poles going forward. The large bamboo ring baskets are in beatiful condition, and the leather retains most of tis brown dye.
